Over the last 10 years, Amanda has helped to develop marketing strategy for a number of UK institutions and has also worked overseas with institutions and government bodies in New Zealand, the US, SE Asia and Russia.
Her passion lies in developing tactics for change and she has a reputation for grounded practical advice and an approach that has resulted most recently in developing a successful cost cutting strategy for a major post '92 institution and the restructure of a marketing and communication function at a large H/FE College.
Amanda is an avid consumer of information and is acknowledged for her ability to analyse the latest trends and realise the impacts on student recruitment.

Nicky is a dynamic marketer with the skills to develop strategy and bring it to life. She has over 20 years experience in Higher Education marketing; the vast majority of which were spent working within the sector itself and has spent the last four years working with a number of universities and colleges developing strategy.

Paul Jones IT and Operations Director
Paul has worked as a software engineer and information analyst within the public and private sector for over 20 years - his unique experience combines technical programming ability with information analysis, relational database design and management; logic and creativity.
With experience and knowledge of the majority of coding languages, customer management systems and smart card technology for Siemens Energy Services and Siemens Metering; and the development of industry standard specification for the gaming industry.
His work as a GIS Consultant Analyst for Atkins Geospatial Solutions involved the creation and maintenance of complex database data and application datasets, overseeing these projects from start to finish, offering professional client support throughout alongside review and implementation. His role at Atkins included the regular presentation of data through map imaging to provide a much simplified and more powerful interface with which to interrogate it.
Having spent his career investigating new technologies and applications to provide solutions, Paul made a natural transition to provide market information and research for the Higher Education sector. He has been working with EMS since 2011 to develop the Tuition Fee Index.
